IMX & Tag It Deliver Wireless Music Content

ATLANTA – IMX continues its aggressive push to become a major force in the wireless arena by signing on with music industry e-publisher and consultancy, Tag It. This recent agreement now means that IMX’s wireless entertainment news will be extended to include content from Tag-It’s network of web sites, which include MI2N.com and MusicDish.com.

"With the uncertainty around wireless, it was important for us to make ‘the leap’ with a real partnership rather than a simple affiliation agreement," explained Tag It’s Eric de Fontenay. "This collaboration will help us understand the role that wireless, and especially SMS, will play in expanding our business and connecting with our readers."

In addition to IMX’s original content, selected headlines and associated URLs from Tag-It’s media sites will be made available through the IMX wireless network to both companies’ subscribers. Positioned as the primary co-branded content provider within the IMX Content Partners Division, Tag It will offer urban and industry news headlines from Mi2N and MusicDish. In delivering Tag-It’s content, IMX will be able to augment its own membership and position within the SMS (Short Messaging System) and wireless arenas.
